For this "Prêt-à-porter" menu, Mirasierra Suites Hotel's Chef Ernesto Hinojal has created dynamic and imaginative versions of the most tempting dishes of Spain. From Tuesday to Saturday in the evening, an expert sushi chef delights our Guests with a complete suchi bar of excellent makis, nagiris and sashimi amongst others.
